Judge Whittemore severs Malibu Media case in Tampa

After countless orders denying motions to sever, today Judge Whittemore today stepped up in Malibu Media, LLC v. Does 1-28, one of dozens of copyright troll cases pending in the Middle District of Florida, and entered an order dismissing Does 2 through 28.  This is huge news.  Download the order, and sit back and enjoy.
